We do weatherization consultations where we analyze the energy utilization and performance of your residence/company.
We do two types of energy assessments:

A walk through site assessment without measurements, with a report mentioning which steps to follow to invest your money wisely in energy efficiency upgrades. The  report is priced at $200 and entirely credited if you use our company as your Building Performance Contractor in the event you decide to go forward with any of our suggestions.
• A site assessment of your house's or company's envelope through mechanical measurements and report: blower door, duct blaster, and thermal camera. This assessment is priced at $700 with $200 credited if you use our company as your Building Performance Contractor in the event you decide to go forward with any of our suggestions..

To do a consultation we would need your address, a phone number we can reach you at, a time to meet and ideally 1 year worth of utility bills, (a minimum of 3 months).

For commercial applications the price may vary depending on the extend of the work.
